Years building trusted patient relationships in Kansas

About Dr. Nolting

A Kansas doctor who genuinely cares

Dr. Simon Nolting grew up on his family’s farm in Nortonville, Kansas — earning a football scholarship to Garden City Community College before transferring to Kansas State University, where he earned his B.S. in Kinesiology and played linebacker. He went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park.

Before opening Oskaloosa Chiropractic, Dr. Nolting honed his craft at Tri-Lakes Chiropractic in Branson, Missouri — where he discovered what drives him most: forming genuine relationships with patients and earning the trust it takes to guide someone toward real, lasting health improvements. That same philosophy anchors both locations.

“I strive to provide my patients with the highest quality health care and personal attention, while empowering them to take an active role in owning and managing their personal health.”
— Dr. Simon Nolting, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic — Cleveland Chiropractic College, Overland Park, KS

DOT Certified Medical Examiner — NRCME Registered

When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Nolting is cheering on the Wildcats and making memories with his wife, Cara, and their three kids.

Topeka Location · Licensed Massage Therapy

Massage that sets the stage for better adjustments

Our Topeka clinic offers licensed massage therapy — and combining massage before an adjustment isn’t just relaxing, it’s clinically smarter.

When muscles are tight, knotted, or guarded, your body resists change. Chiropractic adjustments work by restoring proper motion to your joints — but if the surrounding soft tissue is locked up, it can work against that process. That’s where massage comes in.

By warming and softening muscles, fascia, and connective tissue before an adjustment, massage allows joints to move more freely, makes the adjustment itself gentler and more effective, and helps your body hold the correction longer after your visit.

Better range of motion

Loosened soft tissue allows joints to move through a fuller range, making adjustments more precise and comfortable.

Reduced muscle guarding

When your body isn’t bracing against discomfort, treatment can work with your body instead of against it.

Longer-lasting results

Relaxed tissue holds chiropractic corrections better — meaning fewer return visits for the same problem.

Whole-body relief

Massage addresses pain and tension in areas that adjustments alone can’t reach, for more complete relief.

“We were visiting our son from out of state — my wife injured her back on the lake. Dr. Nolting got us in late Friday and gave her an adjustment. Then had us come in Saturday on his day off and gave her another adjustment. So thankful for him coming in on his day off because we were driving back to Arizona on Monday. Highly recommend Dr. Nolting — wish he was in our town!”
